A series of events

Since the last I blog about my daylight robbery event, the following week two major events happened to me. Even my mum said, "What's with you lately? Such "eventful weeks"".

Let's start with the GOOD event....

I was promoted to AUNTIE status. Well, my SIL gave birth via caesaren on 8th of June at 8:16am to a baby girl. We checked in the hospital early morning at 5:30am. My bro left with my SIL in the first car, whereas my mum followed me in my car later. By the time all the registration and stuffs were completed, my SIL have changed into the surgical clothes and lay on the operation bed at 7am+ waiting for her turn. She was wheeled in around 7:30am for anaesthetic and surgery preparation. The 3 excited human beings were left outside waiting anxiously.

So what we do to kill time? READ NEWSPAPER LAR OF COZ....

The Baby was wheeled out at 8:30am, still covered with placenta. I took a video =) SIL was still in the operation room and we had to wait for another hour for her to complete the operation. My bro and my mum stayed back in the hospital whereas I went to work. YEAH, I HAVE TO GO TO WORK!

The second "MAJOR" event....

On the second day, I had an appointment to have my 2 abnormal growths at both of my thighs checked out. The dermatologist recommended me to get it surgically remove and to test whether it it cancerous or not. I was schedule to do a late evening surgery after work.

I always wanted to be ONLY on the operation table my WHOLE LIFE for LABOUR purposes (that is if I have kids). However, my first time I gave it to the "wide excision" (as indicated on the diagnosis) of these 2 abnormal growth on my thighs. Believe it or not, the surgery took an hour, which is even longer than my SIL's caeasarn birth >_<

I got my local anaesthetic and I have to lie on my stomach for the whole surgery. The injection is the most painful part as the doctor put in the needle and 1#@$@^$%@# TWIST IT ! All together she did that 7 times!!!! After the injection, she starts cutting out my abnormal growth. One of them is as huge as a peanut. Basically, you can feel yourself being cut out, skin being pulled and even stitches performed on you.

You will only feel the pain the next day when you walk with your legs....

The doctor asked me to take 3 days MC as I am adviced to have minimum movement to avoid stretching the wound and speed up the recovery.

After 3 days, I went back to remove my bandage and got my results. It is not cancerous.

After 2 weeks, I went to take my replacement IC this morning. I look like a GHOST in the picture... My face is totally white and only my eyes and the lips were visible. The eyebrows and the nose is merely detectable... and the hair looks totally yellowish brown... Hahaha... it looks like a fading picture >_<

I am hoping more peaceful life....

My insomnia is haunting me again for the past 1-2 weeks....
